Coaching Philosophy
“My view on coaching is that you are one part teacher, questioning the athlete to help them reflect and learn. One part mentor, playing a supporting role on their journey and one part instructor, giving advice. I like to bring this to life by using a mixture of methods, mainly flipped learning, problem based learning, and well timed instructions. Although I love to win, I love to help people improve.”
